PRIVACY NOTICE · ONLINE SCORES AND PUBLIC LEADERBOARDS

Your scores and player profile are shared with our server.

Your choices: choose a player name that does not identify you personally. The current app has no separate leaderboard opt-out. Deleting your account in Settings → Delete account removes its active ranking entry when rankings refresh. See retention details, or contact kora@tajroba.sa with a privacy request.

Player identifiers and linked scores can be personal information even when you use a nickname. Email addresses, sign-in codes, account credentials and payment details are not displayed on the leaderboard. This notice explains the current feature; it is not a consent prompt. Read the full leaderboard details.

1. Who we are

Tajroba operates Kora: Beach Football (“KORA”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers the iPhone and iPad app and explains how we handle personal information when you play KORA, use its online features or contact support. Tajroba is responsible for the personal information described here.

For privacy questions or requests, email .

2. Information we collect

We receive information you provide, information generated as you play, and purchase verification information from Apple.

Account and profile
Your player ID and name, authentication credentials used by the app, language, selected country, avatar, current Hero, privacy preferences and linked email address if you choose to verify one. If you select an avatar photo, the selected image is uploaded and processed into a profile image; we do not upload your entire photo library.
Gameplay and progress
Hero upgrades, Skill Stars, rewards, owned items, training progress, match activity and results, rankings, tournament registrations and awards. Online play also processes the gameplay events needed to run and synchronize matches.
Social and community features
Friends and friend requests, club memberships, online and match activity, spectator participation, messages, read status, blocks, reports and moderation records.
Purchases
Apple transaction and product identifiers, purchase timing, verification and refund or revocation status, and the account association needed to grant purchased content and prevent duplicate credit. Apple handles payment information. We do not receive your payment card number.
Notifications
An Apple push notification device token, its account association, language and notification preferences, plus delivery and read information needed for alerts and badges.
Support and technical information
Information you send in support emails or attachments, and technical service logs such as IP address, request timing, app or browser information supplied with a request, connection failures and security events.

Your country flag is based on your country selection, not precise GPS location. KORA does not require your address book to add friends.

3. Why we use information

  • Create and authenticate your account, save progress and recover a linked account.
  • Run matches, training, tournaments, rewards, purchases and other game features.
  • Calculate and display global and country-based leaderboards using server-recorded results and trophies, and update your rank.
  • Display profiles and support friends, clubs, chat and spectating.
  • Deliver requested service notifications and manage unread badges. Optional news and offers follow your notification preferences.
  • Respond to support and privacy requests, investigate failures and maintain the service.
  • Prevent cheating, payment fraud, account misuse and abuse; review reports and enforce community rules.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and handle disputes.

Where a legal basis is required, processing is based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting it where the law permits, applicable legal obligations, or your consent for optional processing that requires consent. You may withdraw that consent as described below; withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

4. Leaderboards and public information

Scores are saved online and used for public rankings. KORA sends your player profile and online gameplay information to our game server. The server records match results and trophy changes and uses these records to calculate and update the global and local leaderboards. This information is not stored only on your device.

What is published and who can see it

After your account setup is complete and you have played a ranked match, your account is eligible for the leaderboard. Eligible accounts are included automatically as their rank qualifies for the displayed list. Other signed-in players can view the global leaderboard and the local leaderboard for the country selected in their account.

The leaderboard displays your chosen player name, avatar, selected country and flag, trophy total, rank and club tag, if any. The leaderboard data also includes your player ID and current Hero to identify your player and connect to the relevant profile. Local rankings use the country selected for your account, not precise GPS location.

Our game server stores this profile and gameplay information in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to operate rankings, save progress, verify results and protect fair play. Your email address, sign-in verification codes, account credentials and payment details are not displayed on the leaderboard. You can choose a player name that does not identify you personally.

Privacy controls and removal

The Hide friends list and Hide Hero skills settings do not hide your leaderboard entry, name, country or trophy total. The current app has no separate setting to hide an active eligible account from the leaderboard. Contact about a leaderboard privacy request or an objection to publication; we handle such requests under the applicable requirements.

You can delete your account through Settings → Delete account. Deletion removes the active account and its entry from current rankings when those rankings refresh. Limited information can remain in past match or tournament records, purchase records and recovery backups as described in section 7.

Profiles, chat and other social features

Your player name, avatar, selected country, current Hero, relevant match statistics, trophies, tournament awards, club identity and friend count can be visible to other players. Online activity, participating in a live match or watching one may also be visible through the game’s social and match features.

Your friends list and Hero skills are hidden by default. You can change their visibility in KORA Settings. Your friend count and current Hero remain visible; your full collection of Heroes is not shown on your public card.

General chat is visible to players who can access it. Club chat is for the relevant club, and private chat is for its participants. Messages are stored on our server and are not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized moderators can review a private message when a participant reports it. Authorized service staff may also need access to investigate a support or security issue or meet a legal obligation.

Report details are provided to authorized moderators, rather than disclosed to the reported player as a report. Other players may independently save or share information they can see, so avoid posting sensitive information.

5. Service providers and other disclosures

We use service providers to host and secure the game, operate databases and backups, deliver account emails, and handle support. They receive information needed for those purposes. Our main game server is hosted with LightNode in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Account emails and support correspondence also pass through our email hosting service. Verification emails may be delivered through Resend, including as a fallback when our primary email service is unavailable. The delivery provider processes the recipient address, message content and delivery information needed to send the email.

Apple processes App Store payments and provides Apple Push Notification service. A push notification can include information needed to show the alert, such as a sender’s display name or a game announcement. Private-message alerts use a generic new-message notice rather than the private message body. Apple’s own handling of information is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Service providers are permitted to process information for the services they provide and must protect it consistently with applicable data protection requirements. Authorized support staff, administrators and moderators have access appropriate to their duties.

We may disclose relevant information where legally required, to respond to valid legal requests, or where necessary to protect players and the service or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-app advertising tracking.

6. Where information is processed

The main game database is hosted in Saudi Arabia. Information may also be processed in other countries through Apple, email delivery, hosting or support providers. The protections and legal requirements in those countries may differ from those where you live.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the transfer must be covered by those safeguards. Contact kora@tajroba.sa for information about providers and the safeguards relevant to your information.

7. Retention and deletion

Account and gameplay records
We retain information needed to operate your account while it is active. On verified account deletion, we remove the active account, associated profile data and chat messages authored by that account. Your active leaderboard entry is removed when rankings refresh. Limited historical match and tournament records may retain the player name, identity and results recorded at the time, including records associated with another participant. Transaction or security records may also remain where needed to preserve match records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes or satisfy legal obligations.
General chat
General messages expire after six hours and are removed by server cleanup. Expired general-message text is also cleared from report snapshots. Report metadata and moderation actions can remain for safety purposes. Routine game backups exclude general-chat content.
Private and club chat
These conversations have no automatic six-hour expiry. Messages remain until removed through account deletion or moderation, or until no longer needed for the service, subject to legitimate retention requirements.
Purchases, security and support
Restricted records may be retained after account deletion for purchase verification, duplicate-credit prevention, fraud investigation, legal obligations or disputes. Retention depends on the purpose, the applicable recordkeeping or claim period and whether an issue remains unresolved. Apple independently retains its own transaction records.
Backups
Deleted information can remain in restricted recovery backups until those backups are rotated or removed. Routine server backups follow approximately a two-week rotation; separate recovery archives may remain while needed for an identified recovery or security purpose. Backups are not part of the active player service.

Uninstalling KORA does not by itself delete your online account. Deleting an account does not automatically request a refund from Apple and may permanently remove access to progress and account-linked items.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

  • Profile privacy: manage your avatar, country, friends-list visibility and Hero-skill visibility through your profile and Settings.
  • Notifications: adjust general chat badges and private-message alerts in KORA Settings. Enabling notifications also enables KORA news, offers and gift alerts. You can turn off push notifications for KORA in iOS or iPadOS Settings; system messages may still be available in the in-game inbox.
  • Optional information: linking an email or uploading an avatar photo is optional. Choosing not to link an email can limit account recovery.
  • Privacy requests: depending on applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent.

You can delete your account directly in KORA Settings → Delete account. For assistance or other privacy requests, send a request to kora@tajroba.sa. For deletion, use the subject KORA account deletion and provide your player name and player ID if available. Write from your linked email when possible. We may ask for reasonable information to verify ownership, but do not send a password or verification code by email.

We respond under the requirements and time limits of applicable law. If a request is limited by a legal obligation or another person’s rights, we will explain the relevant limitation. You can also raise a concern with your local data protection authority, including the competent Saudi authority where applicable.

9. Security

We use encrypted network connections, account authentication and restricted administrative access to help protect information. Access to moderation and support functions is limited by role. No network or storage system is completely secure.

Keep access to your device, Apple Account and linked email secure. Contact us if you believe someone else has accessed your KORA account. You can ask support for a human review of a moderation restriction.

10. Younger players

KORA includes online interactions and in-app purchases. Parents and guardians should review the App Store age rating, device parental controls and the game’s social features before allowing a child to play.

If local law requires parental authorization for a child’s use or for processing their information, that authorization is required. A parent or guardian can contact us with questions or to request access, correction or deletion of a child’s information, subject to appropriate verification. If we learn that information has been collected without authorization required by law, we will take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

11. This support website

These standalone support pages do not set cookies or include analytics, advertising scripts or embedded third-party media. The hosting service may process ordinary connection and access logs to serve and protect the pages.

Opening an email link uses your email service. Following a link to Apple opens a separate service governed by Apple’s policies.

12. Changes and contact

We update this policy when the service or our information practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. When legally required, we provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
